A graduate of Wichita State University with a degree in Marketing and an emphasis in Real Estate, He brings over six years of experience in real estate transactions. Peyton began his career as a Marketing and Sales Apprentice at McCurdy Real Estate and Auction in Wichita—an industry leader completing over 550 transactions annually. There, he gained firsthand experience in assisting sellers through complex real estate transactions. Currently serving as an Analyst and Acquisition/Disposition Specialist at Huck Home Buyers, Peyton has been directly involved in over 100 real estate transactions. His expertise is helping clients identify opportunities and close deals with confidence

LeAnn Hiatt

Chief Operating Officer

LeAnn has spent the last 8 years in Single Family Property Management. In 2021 she was responsible for opening the Sterling Property Management office where she is responsible for the day to day operations of the property management team. Prior to that she was Director of Operations for Meridian Property Management, responsible for a 400 Single Family Portfolio in the KC urban core. Before entering real estate she was the Operations Manager for a Kansas City financial services company. Undergrad in Organizational Communication and Business at Northwest Missouri State University.
